Shelter Cat With Neurological Condition Stole Every Heart She Met Along The Way
This little cat, named Uliani, had a rough start to life, but she has so much spirit and there is definitely no stopping her no matter the odds.
She came to Best Friends Animal Society’s Pet Adoption Center in Los Angeles. But she wasn’t a regular kitten. She was diagnosed with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a neurological condition in which the cerebellum is smaller than usual or not completely developed. This causes her to wobble around. But her condition didn’t slow her down.
She still loves to run around and play just like any other cat. The staff at Best Friends fell in love with her at first sight, and she stole every heart she met along the way. Eventually, staff at Best Friends thought foster care might be good for Uliani, so off to foster she went.
She enjoyed being in a loving home, and even had a new kitty friend! Her foster parents showered her with love and gave her the proper care she needed.
Soon it was time for Uliani to find a forever home, and it didn’t take long before she did! She’s now enjoying life in her new home and loving every second of it. Luckily, Uliani got her second chance.
There are still many more cats and other animals in shelters who are waiting for their second chance as well. Consider adopting so you could help a cat like Uliani! Watch this adorable little kitty in the video below:
