Man And Baby Tasmanian Devil Have A Special Bond. When He Puts Her Down, Watch Her Chase Him!
Marley is a five-and-a-half-year-old baby Tasmanian Devil being hand-raised by Tim Faulkner from Devil Ark, a wildlife sanctuary in Tomalla, Australia.
Faulkner takes her home every night and requires four bottle feeds a day. After spending so much time with Faulkner, she has grown extremely attached to him, which you can see in the video below.
Baby Marley is so tiny that she fits in the palm of his hand! In the beginning of the video, he’s holding Marley and petting and tickling her. Then he puts her down on the grass and starts running in circles and she follows his every move! It’s adorable to watch Marley chase him around.
She never wants to leave his side! I don’t know who’s luckier: Marley for getting to be taken care of by such a great guy, or Faulkner for getting to help raise such an adorable little animal!
The Tasmanian Devil is the world’s largest surviving marsupial carnivore and was once found on the mainland of Australia, but is now only found in the wild in Discover Tasmania. Devil Ark, where Marley resides, is the largest conservation breeding program for the Tasmanian Devil on mainland Australia.
