A Baby Emu Shows A Blind Baby Goat That Love Is Really All You Need

A baby goat was found lifeless in a storm. With determination, CPR, and hope, Spartacus regained consciousness and fought to live, in spite of losing his eye sight. He was brought to a loving shelter called Don’t Forget Us Pets. He was very unhappy and exhibited behavior that worried the shelter workers.

But then it all changed when he met a baby emu named Tumbleweed. This love story is so sweet! Having a companion can really help on so many levels. Even if he likes to peck at our ears and eyes LOL!

Love can truly heal. Love can give us hope, especially during a time where we really need it. These two have formed an unbreakable bond. Let’s give more animals the chance to do that. Through our Gifts That Give More programs, you can help so many good causes. It doesn’t cost much either! Instead of buying my sister a birthday gift she many not even need, I gave her the gift of making her heart feel full. In her name, I donated to the Warm Beds for Shelter Pets program. For just $10, my sister helped two shelter pets feel more comfortable, and more loved, while living in the shelter. I think that’s pretty pawsome! Click here to learn more!
