Shelter Animals Try Out Cozy New Beds For The First Time

The sad truth is the majority of shelters are unable to provide comfortable beds for their rescue animals because the cost of pet beds is just too high.

What makes this even more tragic is that the time an animal spends in a shelter may well be the last days they’ll ever know.

Mashable reports that RSPCA Victoria had asked local pet owners to donate their old pet beds to the shelter. The goal was to give the cats and dogs a soft place to sleep while waiting for their forever homes.

Their animal’s reactions when they receive their new beds will melt your heart.
