Hilarious Pit Bull Has Funniest Way Of Showing Mom It’s Time To Eat

When babies are hungry, they start crying to let their parents know it’s time to eat. They may even throw a tantrum or two to get their point across.
If you have a pet, you probably know that they have their own ways of letting you know it’s time to eat too. Some pets may bark, some may jump on you, and others are not as subtle.
That was certainly the case with one pit bull who let his owner know that the time to eat was now!
His owner had his camera recording as the pit bull starting walking into the room. From the first second you see the dog, you know that what he wants.
He comes in with his empty food dish in his mouth. He wants to leave with it full!
He doesn’t bark or cause a scene. Rather, he brings the empty bowl over and puts it on the floor. That’s when he starts licking it. Maybe there was something in there that he missed? Nope! It’s empty and he wants it filled.
After licking the bowl for a few seconds, he realizes he’s getting nowhere.
That’s when he picks it up with his mouth again and brings it over to his owner. He doesn’t even take it out of his mouth. He just walks around the room with the empty bowl, waiting for someone to fill it.
Eventually, he brings the bowl back over to his owner. It’s chow time!
While we don’t see the bowl getting filled or the dog eating, we know he does eventually get what he wants. The dog’s owner says the pit bull was just getting over a stomach virus and wasn’t eating much. He must have been feeling better and was making up for lost time.
She says he wanted more of the chicken and rice the vet gave them. He had finished one dish and was coming back for seconds! We’re glad to see this pup was on the mend and feeling better.
Many of the more than 140,000 people who have viewed this video on YouTube can relate to pets being vocal about meal time. Here are a just a few of the comments:
“The way he pretended to eat food to prove there was nothing in the bowl, and that you indeed cannot be trusted to handle the bowl lmao”
“My mom’s dog will scratch inside her bowl like she’s digging, and make a bunch of noise. Then will come sit and look at you. If you don’t get up, she will repeat this until you do. Then she does this little snort like “I know you know what I want.. stop playing with me.”
“He’s like my 20 pound cat. I feed her her “portion” and then comes back at me like mom that just wasn’t enough , feed me more…”
One thing is for sure, when it’s time to eat, it’s time to eat, no matter if you’re a human or an animal!
