Scooby’s human passed away so he was turned over to a shelter. Senior dogs are often overlooked so the shelter decided to team up with Hollywood Rescue Grooming to give him an adorable makeover.

Scooby transitioned into a prison inmate dog program soon after, and has been helping others make the most of their lives ever since.

Providing food, vaccinations, bedding, and enrichment needs for dogs is a costly endeavor for animal shelters across the country. Due to the high cost of these basic necessities, shelters often have to limit the number of dogs that they can save and provide homes for.
