Meet A Family And A Special Dog That Were Made For Each Other!

The Shah family contacted Beth Stern specifically looking to adopt a harder to place dog. The family realized the challenges many agencies and shelters face placing dogs that need some extra TLC. Chicken Soup for the Soul and The Northshore Animal League come together for a story that made my heart swell. Wait ’til you meet Buggy and the Shah family and you’ll see why!

Buggy spent his entire life in a cage in a puppy mill and if anyone deserves the happiest of endings, it’s this dog! He lost his eyesight but that doesn’t mean he has lost his ability to love. Buggy gets a makeover and medical checkup before meeting his new family. His new human siblings are eager to make him feel right at home. It’s pretty obvious that this family will love Buggy like he deserves. You can’t ask for anything more pawfect than this! I hope Buggy’s story inspires others to open their homes to animals with special needs. ALL animals deserve love!
