Photos Of #QuarantineCats Are Taking Over The Internet And Making Self-Isolating A Bit Easier
To reduce the spread of the coronavirus, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center For Disease Control (CDC) have advised people to stay inside, wash their hands often, and practice social distancing – so pretty much become an indoor cat.
Cat parents are taking to social media, more specifically Twitter, to share how their cats are responding to them being home more. The new trending hashtag is #quarantinecats. The pictures and captions are hilarious and just what we all need right now.
Who’s the boss?
As we all know, cats like to be in charge and usually rule the house. Cat owners are starting to realize that they do not have a feline co-worker but a new boss.

Cats make our lives better and bring a smile to our faces when we need it most. Self-isolating is so much easier and fun with pets. Since we will all be spending more times indoors and at home, consider fostering or adopting a cat or dog from your local shelter. There are so many homeless pets that would love to entertain you and cuddle with you on the couch as you binge-watch your favorite shows.
