This Senior Golden Lost His Paw Due To A Tumor. What His Human Made To Help Him Walk, Brilliant!

This 10-year-old Golden Retriever named Sunny, who resides in Reston, Virginia, had to have his left paw amputated to remove a tumor. He had a prosthetic paw made for him, but it kept breaking, mostly because he liked to chew it. Sunny’s human, Don Chernoff, knew he had to think of something to help him.

Then he thought of a brilliant idea to make him a prosthetic using a sneaker. He ripped up his old pair of Nike Zoom Vapor 9 tennis shoes and restructure it into a “paw” for Sunny that was adjustable and more comfortable. Watch Sunny with his new prosthetic paw in the video below:
