Man Builds Two High-Rise Towers With A Bridge For His Cat
Cat owners want to make sure their fluffy little angel muffins are happy, which is why Rob Coutu, from Windsor, Connecticut, decided to dedicate loads of time to build two high-rise towers for his cat to enjoy.
These towers are perfect for a feline to live his best life like the little king of the world that he is, which is why Rob went all out in creating the next best thing in cat tower climbing for his Savannah cat, Zach.
Zach is clearly one lucky kitty cat who’s two towers included such cool kitty features, like balconies, several decks for chilling, 3D printed windows, window boxes full of colorful flowers, plus a bridge that connects the two in order for him to move between both.

Rob began the project a year ago, and after uploading some mock-ups of his designs to a Facebook group, he got started. Since undertaking his project, he’s gained lots of attention from people following his progress.
To date, his project has cost Rob around $3,500 and there are still improvements being done. In his Facebook group called Kitty Towers by RACoutu, Rob uploaded adorable pictures of Zach enjoying the fancy new funhouse that is the ultimate cat dream.
Rob shared in his recent post how “humbling” it was to see all the support that his cat tower received from followers. He also added that he’s now looking forward to possibly making cat towers for others.

He wrote, “Because of the demand, I am considering making them for people as a custom install, once I have sorted out all the legal stuff. That said, the price would vary but the larger tower shown on the left would most like start around $5,800 est., plus tax and any extra related fees. I will most likely offer the building plans (price not yet determined), once I can secure a non-piracy secure version to sell.”
He added, “Custom designs will be offered at additional costs for both build and blueprints. Do not take any shortcuts in building or purchasing these when they become available as the safety of the kitties are my foremost focus [sic].”
As anyone can imagine, the response was great. There were many people who expressed interest in the designs.

There were plenty of comments from Facebook users, including one which read, “Thanks Rob, for the consideration on sharing your talents with us. Cat people have been starving for decent, unique, and substantial cat tree/towers/ plans for a long time now!! So excited!! [sic]”
Zach is one lucky little kitty, and if Rob goes into the design business, then there will be plenty of other happy kitties out there.
