Liam, their two-year-old Husky mix disappeared one day, and although they looked for weeks, they had no luck finding him. The mom, dad, and their two daughters were devastated.

But two years later, they unexpectedly received a phone call from an animal control officer in Southern California who had called them saying they found their dog. The animal control officer found Liam wandering the streets and took him to scan for a microchip. Thankfully, the family was smart enough to get him one. The craziest part is, Liam was found in California, 2,000 miles away from where he was from. They have no idea how Liam wound up so far away, but fortunately he was found safe! The video below shows the parents telling their two daughters that Liam had been found. Their reaction is priceless! This story proves how important it is to get your dog microchipped!!
