10+ Hilarious Text Messages From Dogs If Dogs Could Text
How many of us are guilty of talking to our dogs like they’re people? Probably most, if not all of us, would be the safest bet. But who can blame us? Dogs all have their own little unique personalities that they’re almost impossible to not see as another person. While they can’t talk the way that we can, it’s still funny to think about all the things that they would say if they could.
Admit it, we talk to our dogs the same as how we talk to other humans. It’s hard not to – they all have their own unique little personalities. Therefore, we see them as an extension of ourselves. While talking to our pets something that we do, it’s also fun to imagine what it would be like to have our pets answer us back.
Given that line of thought, there is one person who decided to write down what they imagined dogs to be thinking. And that is how the wonderful Tumblr, known as Texts From Dog, was born. The page puts an incredibly hilarious twist on pet talk. The creativity that goes into it is great, as the page creates many “text messages” written from the point of view of dogs in terms of what our dogs would be saying on various subject matters.
October Jones, the blogger, and creator behind the page, definitely proved to the world that if dogs had phones, the conversations would be comedic gold. Jones managed to give a gripping account of the doggie enthusiasm and translate that to how dogs would speak to us, their owners. In fact, the whole concept ended up being so popular, that Jones was able to release several books dedicated to dog speak in the form of Texts from Dogs, available online.
