Many of us may joke with our dogs about their need for employment. After all, all they do is sit and play around the house all day. It’s about time our dogs started to pull their own weight a little bit.
All jokes aside, don’t they deserve a vacation too? As House Beautiful reports, Hotels.com is offer dogs the chance to enjoy their own 10-day tour of the world…Pet owners are also invited.
The hotel-booking service is searching for their very first “Canine Critic“. Contest winners will have their choice between spending ten days at one hotel or hopscotching around the globe.
The winners are also given a set of ten $200 vouchers from Hotels.com to spend on whatever you want. The dog that is selected as the winner will need to evaluate each location. These hotels are looking to test their levels of pet-friendliness. If the accommodations are not up to par, it is the dog’s responsibility to let Hotels.com know more about the situation.
Hotels.com is now offering dog-friendly menus, canine massages, and a host of other features. Owners are free to explore the hotels while their dog is in the process of “working”.
To enter your pet in the running for the gig of a lifetime, upload the cutest photo or video of them you have and tag @Hotelsdotcom and #CanineCritic in the caption. Follow @Hotelsdotcom on Instagram to make sure your submission is considered. The deadline to enter the contest is August 25, and the winner will be contacted via a direct message on Instagram no later than September 18.
