This Handicapable Man Finds Friendship In A Dog Who Faces The Same Struggles!

This adorable little pup was found on the side of the road after being hit by a car. He was going to be euthanized by a local shelter, but was taken in by San Antonio Pets Alive just in the nick of time. Suitably named Chance, because that’s all he needed, he lost the use of his back legs, and used wheels to get around. Because he was different, nobody wanted him. That is, until a man named Michael heard about him.

Michael also needs a wheelchair to get around, so he understood Chance’s struggle. He decided to adopt him and knew that no one would love him like he would. “I knew his struggles as well as mine, and I knew we could overcome those obstacles together,” Michael says in the video. They are the best of friends, inseparable, and do everything together. I’m so glad that an unfortunate circumstance has been transformed into something positive, and that these to found each other! Chance is finally getting the ‘chance’ that he deserves!
