Grumpy Cat Met Her Wax Figure At Madame Tussaud’s… Her Reaction? UNIMPRESSED.

As you may or may not know, the famous Grumpy Cat is the first cat to have her own wax figure made at Madame Tussauds in San Francisco. This past week, they finally unveiled the wax figure, and Grumpy Cat was able to see it for the first time. As always, she was completely unimpressed!

Footage and pictures show Grumpy Cat being held next to her wax figure, checking her out, while wearing her infamous frown. At one point, she is lying in a bed next to it and it’s hard to tell which is the real cat and which is the wax figure! So, unlike Grumpy Cat, I’m very impressed! The figure is an “animatronic with five different movements.” Eventually, it’ll make its rounds to the five other Madame Tussauds locations across the country.

If you don’t know the backstory on this famous frowning feline, she rose to fame when her picture was posted on Reddit in 2012. Many people thought the picture was photoshopped, so her owner, Tabatha Bundesen, posted videos to prove that her unique face is real. She became an internet sensation and now she’s a celebrity!
