Dog Saves Woman From Self-Harming Meltdown

Danielle Jacobs, a woman with Asperger’s syndrome, is saved from harming herself during a meltdown by her dog, Samson. Jacobs has these meltdown every month and she has trained Samson to spot symptoms of her crashes. She compares her meltdown to that of a computer crash, when too much goes in and not enough goes out. Samson and Jacobs have been together for four years, ever since she adopted him from the Halo Animal Rescue in Phoenix, AZ. The rottweiler has passed the public access test for service dogs and received a few awards for an outstandingly helpful canine. Check out the touching and inspirational video below.
