Animal Shelter Hosted A ‘Smooch A Pooch’ Dog Kissing Booth For Valentine’s Day

There are two types of dog people in the world, those who kiss their dogs and those who would rather pet their dogs. If you happen to fall into the category of those who love kissing your dog, you might want to set your sights on Richmond, Va.

The Richmond, Va SPCA held their third annual ‘Richmond SPCA Dog Kissing Booth’ fundraiser and I couldn’t imagine a better way to have spent an afternoon.

If you want to take part in this special event, you should bring your dog and a crisp $10 bill for donation. This may leave you wondering what to do if you love dogs but don’t have a pooch of your own. Don’t worry, the Richmond SPCA has your back.

“Support the hundreds of homeless animals who are in our care each day, and Group Booths will snap a photo of you and your furry valentine and provide a souvenir printed photo,” Richmond SPCA said.

Along with the kissing booth, the SPCA is also running an adoption promotion, the ‘Lonely Hearts Club.’ You can adopt a dog, now through Feb 14th, and get 25% off of the adult pet adoption fees.
