NASCAR’s Denny Hamlin Shares Emotional Last Walk Photo

You cannot find a better companion or walking partner than a dog. They are loyal, love you unconditionally and always up for a stroll. Dogs are members of our families and make our lives complete. That is why it is so hard to say goodbye when it is time for them to cross the rainbow bridge.

NASCAR driver, Denny Hamlin, took to Instagram to share some heartbreaking news about his beloved family dog, Missy. He posted beautiful photos of his family surrounding Missy and one of their last walk together. With a heavy heart he posted, “Had to take Missy for one last walk yesterday. Today has absolutely sucked. The end of 2018 cannot come soon enough. She lived 19 great years.”

His devoted fans were quick to give their condolences. One stated, “I’m so very sorry for the loss of Missy! She had a great time and will now retire over the rainbow 🌈 bridge by chasing birds, rabbits and squirrels! Thinking of you all!!”

Although they may not be by our sides, they are always in our hearts. We are so sorry for your loss.
