Rejected Baby Polar Bear Gets A Second Chance

After being rejected by its mother, this polar bear cub was rescued and brought to the Nuremberg Zoo. What a roly-poly adorable ball of perfection! She’s being taught how to crawl. Their bodies instinctively stay balled up making movement difficult. Their mothers stretch them out so that their bodies learn how to conform. Because this baby was rescued, a volunteer has to teach her body how to flatten out. Amazing!
