A Boy With Autism Was In The Hospital. In The End, Someone Was Always There For HimAshley Maisano
James Isaac, a 9-year-old boy from Wellington, New Zealand, has autism and suffers from seizures. He had to stay at Wellington Children’s Hospital earlier this month, but he was most definitely not alone. His service dog, a 3-year-old black Labrador named Mahe, was right by his side the whole time!
Mahe was trained by Assistance Dogs New Zealand and has provided significant support to James in his time of need. The two are inseparable and share an amazing bond, which you can witness in the pictures shown in the video below. While James is sleeping in his hospital bed, Mahe is sleeping right next to him, lying his face on his body. These two are adorable together. I’m so happy James has a furry friend like Mahe to help him through difficult times!
