Artist Completes Movie Posters With Cats And Dogs
Oscar Wilde once wrote that “Life imitates art far more than art imitates life.” While this idea is up for debate, what we can say for certain is that whatever creative art project you may be undertaking, animals make for incredible subjects.
And a perfect example of this is the movie poster recreations that are done using pets as the star subjects. Malaysian artist, Jaemy Choong, has created quite the sensation on Instagram with his recreations. The Kuala Lumpur-based Choong is the co-founder of a graphic collective Kickatomic Creatives, but he’s also well-known on Instagram for his animal movie posters – a passion that happened to grow out of a very simple concept he enjoys: watching movies, then making fun of them. And it seems with that idea in mind, great art is born.
