This little cat, named Uliani, had a rough start to life, but she has so much spirit and there is definitely no stopping her no matter the odds.

She came to Best Friends Animal Society’s Pet Adoption Center in Los Angeles. But she wasn’t a regular kitten. She was diagnosed with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a neurological condition in which the cerebellum is smaller than usual or not completely developed. This causes her to wobble around. But her condition didn’t slow her down.
