Fiesta, an adorable shelter pup, can be very shy. One day, Dogtown caregivers dressed her in an outfit and noticed that her self confidence seemed to soar sky-high! After seeing that, they decided to dress her in a new outfit daily. For Fiesta, every day is Halloween! And her name certainly suits her!
