A Baby Goat Was Kicked By A Horse And Severely Hurt. With Great Resiliency, She’s Come A Long Way!

√ Her leg was severely broken, and she was unable to walk or get around on her own. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan found her and took her in.

She quickly became part of the family. Aside from having loving humans, she also lived with many cat and doggy siblings!

With all of their help, and her amazing resiliency, Nippi was able to recover and grow bigger and stronger. Once she was stronger, her leg sadly had to be removed. She also needed much more space to run around and roam freely in.

Now, she resides at Hooves and Paws sanctuary and has made tons of new friends. The staff there takes great care of her and showers her with love and affection. She even made new goat friends who are just like her!

Growing up, Ashley always had a passion for writing. After receiving her Bachelor's in Journalism from Stony Brook University, she now uses that passion to write about the thing she loves most in this world: animals! When she isn't writing, you can find her curled up on the couch with a kindle in her hands and her Guinea Pigs on her lap.
