Liver Parmesan Mini-Quiche [Recipe]

A breakfast treat you can share with your pups, they smelled delicious in and out of the oven.

You’ll need
Large Bowl
Muffin Tin

Ingredients
1/2 pound Beef Liver, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup chopped Kale
1 Carrot, grated
1 teaspoons fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
6 Eggs

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and spray muffin tin with nonstick spray.
2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.
3. Fill prepared muffin cups half way and bake until the egg mixture is set in the center, approximately 20 minutes.
4. Remove from the muffin tins using a rubber spatula.
Cool and refrigerate.
