This mama horse, named Boneca, was pregnant the last time these farmers saw her. But this time, she wasn’t pregnant anymore. Which could only mean one thing: she finally gave birth to her baby!

But the baby was nowhere to be found, and the mama horse was running around frantically, pleading for help.

The farmers knew the baby was in danger somewhere, so they went out to look for him. That’s when they heard cries and realized that Boneca’s baby had fallen into a giant ant hole. This poor baby had only been alive for one day and was already frightened!

The farmers worked quickly to rescue the scared baby from the hole. They started to dig out the ground, but were very careful so that they wouldn’t hit the horse’s head. Once they dug enough of the ground up, they were able to gently pull the horse out of the hole.

His worried mama was standing right there, watching the whole rescue. As soon as he was out of the hole, he went right to his mama. He is now doing great and is already nursing. He’s so happy to be back with his mother, and his mom is equally as glad!

Hopefully the little horse won’t be in any danger again. I’m sure his mom will keep a close eye on him now! The farmers decided to name the little horse “Ant,” after he fell into the giant ant hole. Now Ant can grow up big and strong, alongside his awesome mama!
