Man Met A Kangaroo, Then Was Pleasantly Surprised To Find Out Just How Friendly He Was

Allan Dixon, 30, who calls himself the real life Dr. Dolittle, always takes selfies with different animals for his 400,000+ Instagram followers to enjoy.

But when he met an albino kangaroo in Perth, Australia, earlier this month, it wasn’t anything like he expected. When he tried to take a selfie with the kangaroo, the kangaroo gave him a light slap to the face, but then proceeded to hug him and hang all over him.

The overly friendly kangaroo was very curious about this new human friend. He sniffed his face and even licked his nose at one point. Dixon stayed calm throughout the encounter, not wanting to make any sudden movements to scare the kangaroo.

I think it’s safe to say that this guy is an animal whisperer! At least this kangaroo thinks so. The encounter went viral, and people all over the Internet are laughing at this very unique, yet hilarious, moment.

But I mean, let’s be honest, who wouldn’t want to get a bunch of hugs from an adorable kangaroo?! That’s one lucky guy! I’m sure he will always remember this moment for the rest of his life! It’s not every day that you get to meet an extremely friendly kangaroo!

You can follow Allan on Instagram to keep up with all of his animal encounters.
